Rehab Admin Assistant

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and efficient individual to help keep our rehabilitation department running smoothly at the Mount Olivet Careview Home in Minneapolis. This is a full-time, benefit eligible position working daytime hours, up to 40 hours per week.
The ideal candidate for this Rehab Admin role will be administratively strong and have excellent customer service skills. Assisting the Rehab Director with administrative tasks constitutes approximately 80% of the job responsibilities.
Responsibilities for this role include:
Assisting Rehab Director with administrative tasks
Transporting patients, if needed
Cleaning equipment as required
Assisting therapists in different capacities during treatment
Other related duties within the Rehabilitation Department
